4.SCHEDULE YOUR WORKOUT
Its not necessary that if you want to be fit you should regularly get up early in the morning,
workout at that time in which you are comfortable.Some of the experts say that you can choose any time slot between 24 hours as exercising at any time does not harm your body.

5.SETTING A GOAL
You should always set a goal like if you want to loose weight how much should you loose within that period and if you decide to gain weight how much you should gain in that period you should always keep a track of your performance and the exercises which help you in achieving your goals.

6.PERFECT DIET
Remember what are your goals? What do you want to achieve? So here the diet plays a very important role in your fitness.You should be controlling your diet i.e instead of eating the junk food think of eating some healthy.If you eat the junk food once in a bluemoon its okay but don't make it a habit.
